Negan joined the Whisperers, became an ally of Alpha, and then betrayed and killed her. It would eventually be revealed that Carol let him out to take down Alpha (Samantha Morton). ![]() Negan team upĭuring the fourth episode of season 10, “Silence the Whisperers,” Negan was released from prison by an unknown person. But during the season 6 episode “JSS,” when the Wolves breached the walls of Alexandria, Carol quickly slipped into her true self, disguising herself as one of the Wolves, which allows her to freely move about killing the enemy. Posing as the happy homemaker with no combat skills allowed her to do what she does best. The WolvesĬarol put on quite a show for the residents of Alexandria. Fans were angry with Rick for throwing Carol out of the prison, but when the rest of the group was being held captive at Terminus, it was convenient to have Carol on the outside. In the season 5 episode “No Sanctuary,” Rick, Glenn (Steven Yeun), Daryl (Norman Reedus), and Bob (Lawrence Gilliard Jr.) were about to have their necks slit when Carol blew up the gas tank causing the disruption which saved their lives. This was hands down the best save of them all. Call it luck or intelligent it was quick thinking on Carol’s part to remember she saved the grenade from Rick’s uniform when she washed his clothing. CDCĭuring the season 1 finale, “T-19,” Carol saves the day at the CDC by having a grenade in her possession, allowing Rick to break the impenetrable glass so everyone could escape.
